Methods of ordering from SanJerScents:
1) Email info@SanJerScents.com. Please include your order with contact information. Your total and payment options will be emailed to you.
2) Phone in your order to (443) 538-1256. Please include contact information. Your phone call will be returned within 1-2 business days.
3) Use the online shopping cart (not available for designer fragrance orders).
4) For designer fragrance orders: Email us at info@SanJerScents.com. We will send you an invoice via email. If you wish us to place your order, you can send us a payment in any of the ways listed below.
Orders received before 1pm Eastern Standard Time are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. Delivery times vary from 2-7 days depending upon your postal zone. We cannot ship your order to a Post Office Box. Please use a physical street address so that the carriers can deliver to you. Shipping charges are calculated at time of shipping after your order has been packaged and weighed. We ship USPS mail or UPS Ground, whichever best meets your timeframe and is most cost efficient unless you request otherwise.
Standard Shipping & Handling Costs:
$1-$99 = 25% of order total
$99-$199 = 20% of order total
We offer FREE domestic shipping within the continental US on all orders over $200. If you need your order fast, please call or let us know at the time of your order so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that shipping rates for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada will be slightly higher.
We accept verified funds (cashier's check, money order) personal or company checks, or PayPal. If you are paying by personal or company check, your check must clear our bank prior to shipment-usually seven business days. Please mail your payment to:

Your total will be calculated by the online shopping cart. If paying by check or money order, please proceed to "Secure Checkout" to get your total. Then, print the order from the screen and send a check or money order to the address listed above. Otherwise, you may continue through the checkout via the PayPal service, remitting your payment to info@SanJerScents.com. (PayPal is a free service, accepting credit or debit card and checking account debits) Please note that returned checks are subject to a $45 returned check fee.

Information for Wholesalers:
You must operate a brick and mortar establishment, seasonal store, on-line store, or participate in craft shows to take advantage of our commercial trade industry discount. We ask for your Federal Tax ID when placing an order. You may place an order with us in several ways: USPS, Phone, Fax, or Online by emailing us. If you would like to Fax your order, please call or write us before you Fax. Our sales number is 443-538-1256 and our Fax number is 410-861-8647. Please contact us for wholesale discounts and volume sales.
Status of Order
If you would like to track the status of an order, please email us. Include your name, email or physical address and telephone number where you may be contacted. We will respond via email usually within the same business day.
If your order cannot be processed, we will subtract the products from your order and remit a refund either through your PayPal account or check, or will hold your order until the products are available for shipping at our discretion. We will notify you via email of your order status.
SanJerScents is committed to the security of your personal information. We will not sell, distribute, rent, or make available, any of your personal information including, but not limited to, your name, telephone, address, email, credit card, or any other information. If necessary, we will only contact you via email or telephone in regard to your transaction.
Damaged Merchandise & Returns
Should you receive a damaged box or product inside, please call or email us with five business days of receipt for immediate assistance. Please do not call UPS. Damaged merchandise reported after five business days cannot be claimed as damaged to our vendors and therefore will not be honored. Damaged merchandise reported within five business days will receive replacement at no cost.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any product, please call us at 443-538-1256 or email us immediately and have your customer invoice number available so that we can promptly address your concerns. You may return any products ordered from us in new condition and in original packaging within 15 days of purchase. We will promptly refund the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
